Role Summary:

To achieve the required resolution & rollback target of the assigned bucket in order to minimize and control losses.

Role Description:

You will maximize the  rollback of delinquent accounts, minimize forward flow of buckets by acheiving daily/monthly KPIs. Additionally  you will have to follow up of accounts allocated and provide Debt Manager updates.

You will be ensuring the  daily run rate [DRR] required is met in order to achieve the monthly target and following up, negotiate for overdue payments plus refering cards/accounts for block/un-block.

You will be responsible in identifying and follow up of non starter/skip cases in a timely manner, proper documentation of related activities (block/unblock, address change, pick ups, repossession etc.)

Qualifications

You should have a Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years of related work experience.
