Role Summary

You will be responsible for product commercialisation for customers requiring cash management solutions and reaching personal budget targets as well as contributes to fulfilling the GCM department objectives in terms of achieving customer base growth, customer retention and satisfaction, revenue, profit, profitability and transaction volumes

Role Description

You will be responsible for the collection of market information on competitor actions, customer preferences as well as market/business development and responsible for market data analysis as well as preparation of meaningful and actionable results aimed for enhancement of GCM offerings as well as preserving and increasing their market share.

You will work closely with in-country RMs inidentifying cash management opportunities and  carry out regular follow-ups to close the product sales.

You will be responsible for initiating, maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, identified as potential for cash management solutions, to ensure their business needs are identified and well served, as well as to enhance product cross selling opportunities.

You will be responsible for preparation of country sales/marketing plan, roadshows/customer workshops to promote awareness of cash management products and services. As well as ensuring the implementation of the approved marketing plans.

You will respond to Request for Proposals, assessing customer needs and recommending effective approach as well as pricing structure. Ensure the Request For Proposals (RFPs)s as and when received from customers in country are well coordinated with GCM Sales, Product and Services –Implementation team to ensure best offers made to win deals.

You will be responsible for collection of information pertaining to one's activities in a full and timely manner as required by functional procedures.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should:

Possess a University degree with a major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.

Have solid cash management experience gained in an international corporate bank

Have excellent technical knowledge of banking operations, transaction cycles, payments/ collection processing, bank account information, SWIFT transmissions related to corporate and retail bank accounts.
