Role Summary

You will be primarily responsible for acting as a project manager for all branding requests received by the Group Communications from different branches, and following up on the course of action and the progress of those requests. You will coordinate with all functions in the Group Communications Department to ensure proper delivery of work to Business Units/ Customers within the region assigned to them.

Role Description

You will anticipate customers’ need and ensure service is delivered on time.

Act as a focal point between the Bank’s branches/ departments (within one region) and the Communications Department both locally and internationally.

Communicate the BU/ customers’ needs clearly to the Group Communications and present the Group’s recommendations candidly to the BU/ customer.

Receive, process and manage all Communications related requests (branding/ re-branding, merchandising material, advertisement, etc) forwarded to the Head of Global Client Services by the retail and corporate branches.

Use consistent briefing documents, work logs and action points to facilitate communication amongst all internal (relevant Group Communications’ sections) and external teams (BU/ Customers).

Develop a thorough knowledge of the Business Unit’s business and all aspects of advertising, including creative, media, research and commercial production.

Ensure that the final product is delivered, within budget and time to render through fostering productive communication between BU/ Customer and Group Communications staff, identifying common goals, and making those happen.

Coordinate with Head of Global Client Services on all issues related to budget and resource allocation for certain requests.

Follow the Branding and CI guidelines to ensure that material/ requests are as per QNB’s branding strategy.

Qualifications

You will be a University graduate with a degree in Business advertising or marketing or related discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Account Management

 

In addition you will have the following skills/knowledge:

Good understanding of all the Group Communications Sections and related best practices.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Strong Project Management Skills.
