Role Summary
The role of the Relationship Officer for HNI is primarily to maintain contact and relationships with such individuals , ensuring their needs are met at all times, providing assistance where necessary.
With a specific focus on selling Qatari (GCC) Equities/\fixed income to an institutional client base local, regional, and global markets.
Role Description
The role will report to the Head of Sales and specifically:
Work with Head of Sales and the RM of HNI Sales to development new and existing HNI client relationships with a goal of continuously broadening distribution of services/products & market share.
Provide first rate sales & service to include delivering investment ideas, research and industry analysis to HNI clients.
Support the generation of investment ideas and working closely with research team to improve product offerings
Develop close relationships with centers of influence, office managers, and personal assistants related to HNI’s network.
Generate new relationships and share with key stakeholders for trading ideas, market color, and research ideas.
Inform HNI customers through dialogue about the business offerings.
Support the preparation of marketing material, pitch books, RFP’s, campaigns and initiatives that expand awareness of QNB.
Act as the key contact partner and point of sale for HNI clients through a relationship management approach.
Establish, maintain and further intensify client relationships with new and existing clients, proactively target customers from existing brokerage firms and develop client retention strategies.
Qualifications
You will be a Graduate in finance, business, or marketing with 3+ Years experience in sales and marketing for a financial services company and at least 2 years in a brokerage position.
