Role Summary
The role is primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and potential Corporate customers, with a focus on Real Estate and Asset Backed Finance, to meet the assigned financial targets of QNB London.
Role Description
You will proactively develop and manage potential and existing corporate customers and the assigned portfolio of Real Estate and Asset Backed Finance customers to meet assigned financial and non-financial targets in compliance with QNB policies and procedures, regulations and prevailing best practices. You will prepare comprehensive credit proposals for new / prospective customers that adequately address all relevant risk factors and satisfy minimum acceptable standards of QNB corporate credit
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a University graduate with demonstrable experience in the banking industry, preferably with a large International Bank. He/she will be well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and regulations for the corporate banking customer segment, with a focus on the Real Estate and Asset Backed Finance sector. In addition, he/she will possess relevant relationship management and credit documentation skills and an awareness of risk management concept and practices.
