Role Summary
The function will perform custody services to investors including account maintenance, safekeeping of certificates and documents, review of reports and billing requirements
Role Description
You will ensure the provision of high quality and secure custody services by ensuring that all documents gathered from clients are safely kept. You will ensure that client accounts are opened in an efficient and effective manner and co-ordinate with Custody Front Office for the receipt of source documents.
You will ensure adherence to proper reconciliation procedures and resolving outstanding open items. You will consistently review client Service Level Agreements and ensure adherence to client requirements. You will regularly review and update client documentation and prepare customer account reports and other reports as required by the regulatory authority and management. In addition, you will ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, document retention requirements and set security procedures.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor degree and extensive experience in Custody Services. He/she will demonstrate a thorough knowledge and background in back office investment activities including reporting, recordkeeping and account opening. Arabic language skills are advantageous.
