Role Summary

The role involves principally providing transactional legal advice across the Group network from London to Shanghai.

Role Description

Transactions will include syndicated/bilateral loans covering a broad range of product areas (including asset, acquisition, project, commodity and trade finance),  loan trading and  treasury /derivative products. There is also an opportunity to work on corporate/investment transactions, fund management documentation and on regulatory matters. 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent), with significant experience in a senior role in the legal advisory section of a major bank / FSI or as a practicing lawyer in the banking practice of a recognized international law firm.
