Role Summary

This role assists the Head of IDP and Career Planning in the design, implementation, tracking & reporting of a portfolio of development plans across the QNB Group. This is a vital role to ensure the development of talented individuals and to enable QNB to assist in the achievement of the Qatar Vision 2030. 

 

Role Description

You will assist the Head of IDP and Career Planning to deploy appropriate Talent Management processes and programs to support employee career development, progression and retention.

You will prepare and implement career development & progression paths for identified positions including competency development requirements and professional accreditations.

You will work closely with the business to identify internal movements/promotions and advise on career progression for talented employees. In addition, you will work in partnership with HRBPs to advise on Talent Management initiatives.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a University graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. He/she will possess excellent customer relationship skills and demonstrate advanced level Communication and Presentation skills in English and Arabic.
