Role Summary

 This role will be primarily responsible for monitoring the Proactive Risk System (PRM) and act as the point of contact to Cards customers for potential problematic transactions

.

Job Description

You will monitor the system and examine the same for suspicious Cards transactions. Focus on transactions from identified high risk countries and classify the same in the watch list if necessary.

You will contact the concerned cardholder to confirm identified suspicious transactions and put the card in “stop card” status if required to prevent fraudulent activities.

You will deal with all customer requests/ complaints in a professional way to bring about a positive outcome.

You will maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, and the Group’s policies & procedures.

You will liaise with technical, applications, and operational staff, to ensure the database integrity and security, as and when necessary.

You will be trained in, and process operationally as business requirements demand, other relevant tasks within the Anti-Fraud department remit, including non-card fraud monitoring, e.g. Western Union transactions.

Qualifications

University graduate with at least 2  years’ experience in financial services with a specialization in Cards risk management.
