Role Summary
Global Cash Management (GCM) business is a specialized product group that identifies, develops, delivers and maintains cash management related products and services` in line with GCIB clients’ needs. The primary objective of the Department is to contribute to QNB group objectives to provide its customers with innovated, value added and advanced cash management products and solution services to enhance efficiency and optimize earnings for the clients and to gain customer satisfaction and loyalty for the bank.
You will be responsible for product commercialisation for customers requiring cash management solutions and reaching personal budget targets as well as contributes to fulfilling the GCM department objectives in terms of achieving customer base growth, customer retention and satisfaction, revenue, profit, profitability and transaction volumes in compliance with established QNB Group policies, regulatory requirements and best market practice.
Role Description
You will assist with the quality planning of sale plan of transaction solutions to contribute to department’s revenue, profitability.
You will work towards delivering set targets in line with Global Corporate and Institutional Banking strategic directions and applicable policy guidelines.
You will work with Senior Officer Cash Management and GCM in achieving unit’s budget and implementing of group approved business plans for the unit and overall objectives of the QNB group
You will assist with the collection of market information on competitor actions, customer preferences as well as market/business development.
You will assist with market data analysis as well as preparation of meaningful and actionable results aimed for enhancement of GCM offerings as well as preserving and increasing their market share.
You will work with Senior Cash Management Sales and Service and in-country RMs in identifying cash management opportunities and regular follow-ups to close the product sales.
You will assist with providing ongoing support to existing customers of cash management services usage as well as ensures consistent client follow-ups.
You will assist with country sales/marketing plan, road shows/customer workshops to promote awareness of cash management products and services.
Qualifications
You will be a University graduate with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology required.
You will possess solid Cash Management experience, typically acquired through 3-5 years of experience in Cash Management and /or related filed.
International corporate banking experience is preferable.
Solid technical knowledge of the bank’s operations, transaction cycles, payments/ collection processing, bank account information, SWIFT transmissions related to corporate and retail bank accounts.
