Person

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and leading the detailed planning and technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms provide the required tools and monitoring of distributed banking systems, overall systems versions controls, applications installed for both backup and production via a documented systems life cycle process.

 

Experience

Ensure that all areas of the Group are supported with proper computer systems in accordance with the IT standards

Work with System Administrators to implement new hardware/software applications.

Oversee technicians and consultants and vendors as needed.

Consult with Program Directors and Management Team to create efficient work flow.

Maintain contact with Head of ePayment Systems and serve as liaison between the technical team and customers.

Work collaboratively with project management to define and meet schedules and deliver stable, manageable and high quality solutions.

Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferable).Proficiency in IT tools, techniques and related procedures, including best practices relating to the same.

Knowledge of banking processes/ operations and procedures, transactions and banking systems.

Proven experience of directly supervises System Consultant, System Specialist, Senior System Administrator and System Administrator

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration or a related technical field.
