Role Summary
You will be primarily responsible to assist the Product Manager - Key Account Relationships and Head - Retail Wealth Management to assist in acquisition of bulk corporate employee payroll, drive growth in Retail Deposit & Loan product sales to employees working in large corporate entities, increase Retail business penetration at company level to improve profits.
Role Description
Develop and implement strategies relating to bulk employee payroll acquisition, increase deposit and loan sales volume and profit targets.
Refine, develop and launch new corporate employee payroll benefits to maximize market share, revenues and profit within key account segment.
Initiate and develop direct marketing activities to maximize sales and product take up/ utilization.
Manage the approved marketing budget working closely with the relevant functions to optimize promotional spending.
Identify potential large corporate entities for bulk payroll acquisition.
Visit corporate entities, establish relationships with key personnel and influencers for bulk employee payroll acquisition.
Ensure corporate payroll products and promotional offers are effectively communicated to all employees.
Raise customer awareness, increase deposit & loan product penetration at company level.
Measure customer attrition and implement customer retention strategies to maximize repeat business/customer loyalty.
Identifying and successfully implement ‘cross-sell’ opportunities.
Working with the team, devise a detailed tailored package to meet customers requirements that maximizes number of new customers.
Prepare business proposals for development of corporate employee payroll products and promotional campaigns.
Manage promotional sales sites / kiosks including staff awareness training etc. as and when required.
Provide training and product information throughout retail network.
Qualifications
University graduate with at least 5 years managerial experience in financial services with a specialization in bulk sales management.
Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and any regulations for bulk sales products and services. Local market knowledge is advantageous
You must have a Bachelor’s degree.
You will have the following additional skills/knowledge:
- Possess a good knowledge of the bulk sales management, its products and related risks together with a good knowledge of operations and control.
