Role Summary
Manage all aspects of Treasury related Documentation. Ensure accuracy for a better risk control. Processes knowledge of Derivatives’ local and International regulatory requirements, in term of documentations.
Produce reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Liaising with Legal and Compliance if required to clear the documentation prior to signing.

Provide operational support to Treasury management of Internal Control
Supervises 2 individuals managing all Treasury Documentation
Provide assurance to Management and QCB that capital markets and investments positions are in accordance with QNB’s Investment Strategy and QCB limits.
Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors when required.Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with all other related units to achieve Group’s goals.
Negotiating ISDAs, GMRAs, Islamic Agreements, Brokerage Agreements
Documentary Support for CCP Margining Process Trade Documentation
Guidance on regulatory changes impacting Treasury: Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MRUD
Overseeing EMIR and Developing System Capabilities
Overseeing MRUD and Developing System Capabilities
Handling the EMTN documentation
Handle all MIS and statistics required.
Handle all Audit requirements.
Handle the documentation of all Islamic deals concluded in Head Office Treasury.
Support International Branches and Subsidiaries.
Seek Documentation approval
Custody of Agreements and documentation as per the bank policy
KYC documentation
Coordinate all requirements with legal team and compliance
possess an understanding of Capital Markets and Investments types for usage, Derivatives and Structured products documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
10 years’ experience in the banking industry preferably with treasury/ investments documentation, derivatives operations, control or related field experience
Other required qualifications:
min 5 years’ experience in Banking
Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English and Arabic (preferable).
Possess strong computer software application skills (MS Office).
Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
Possess leadership skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Planning, organizing and analytical ability.
