Role Summary
Role Description
Assist the Head ATMs and Branches Distribution in implementing strategies and plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets.
Identify and Prospects suitable locations for opening new branches / offices, and recommend the relocation and deactivation of Retail Branches/ Offices.
Build and maintain a strong and effective relationship with all related Departments to achieve the Group’s goals/objectives.
Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.
Work closely with the Head of ATMs and Branches Distribution to establish program priorities and plans.
Manage the team's Training, Development, yearly appraisal, general behavior and provide necessary coaching and maintain motivation as appropriate.
Develop the job learning curve of his team to enable them to grow professionally and prepare them for higher levels of responsibility.
Manage effectively his team towards achieving any assigned task and projects.
Share and assign responsibility for the implementation of new policies and procedures, and for the continuous improvement of work process.
Delivering professional presentations to management.
Share and assign responsibility for ensuring timely, accurate, and appropriate communication of information regarding Branches / Offices Distribution.
Prepare the annual business plan for the relocation, renovation or new Branches / Offices locations.
Identify and Recommend suitable locations for establishing new Branches / Offices.
Finalize contracts with clients and landlords before handing over new locations to Premises.
Coordinate branches / offices relocation requirements according to approved QCB checklists.
Work closely with Administration to monitor and follow up on New Branch moreover the Branches relocation and deactivation.
Ensure that QCB permits approvals, Licenses, registration & branch insurance...etc. completed and Comply with all legal
Ensure to keep QCB always updated regarding any Branch / office project Progress.
Coordinate all Retail branches’ projects, acting as the first point of contact for any project related issues.
Conduct Branches’ Optimization report and ATM Performance to the concerned Parties and other on demand reports
Communicate and support the rollout of new branches / Offices’ projects expansions and coordinate with other functions for timely and effective execution of plans.
Conduct Branches / Offices’ analysis and Studies.
Conduct professional presentation to Management
Build effective relationships with business units to develop a “joint” vision.
Develop detailed business user requirements, workflow procedures, data models, system documentation, user manuals and training material.
Develops business cases and cost-benefit analysis
Create templates and standards to be adopted by other business analysts.
Qualifications
University graduate with a degree in Engineering or Facilities Management would be an asset or any other suitable discipline.
Minimum of 6 years preferably in the Banking industry with at least 2 years in Qatari Market and a job of similar nature
Well-informed of Branches / Offices’ Distribution, retail Branches market structures, industry practices and related regulations with at least 2 years experience in local environment.
Well founded understanding of the Branches / Offices’ projects control techniques and related General Services banking policies and procedures.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Self-driven with well-developed leadership, motivational and team-building skills.
Good interpersonal and networking skills.
Ability to create efficient work-plans and a high level of coordination among team members.
Planning and organizing ability.
Good understanding of applicable Policies and Procedures
Planning and Organizing Skills
High degree of understanding of Customer Service parameters and guidelines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
