Position Summary

We are hiring for the position "Client Service Manager, Subsidiaries for Middle East & GCC" who will  primarily be responsible for supporting of all communications plans and initiatives for all line of businesses of the QNB. The incumbent will recommend, plan and execute strategic Communication plans and activities in alignment with the Bank’s brand strategy, and strategic messaging in support of Bank and lines of business goals and objectives.

He/She will also be responsible for advertising and marketing communications, special events and other projects for client and employees in support of the branding, marketing and communications objectives

Position Description

Work in close partnership with local communications leads and global teams in Group Communications to align with, execute and support the Global and Regional strategy.

Serves as a liaison for Group Communications with businesses and country teams, while providing strong project management skills.

Coordinates the delivery of new advertising campaigns, including digital, social, email, TV, radio, newspaper, billboard and other media promotions to meet strategic communications goals in the region.

Collaborates with and Head Regional Communications and recommends and assists in implementing the strategic initiatives to support the and Strategic Communications Plan.

Understand the segment or product needs to brief, and ensures that the campaign activity supports segment or product commercial objectives.

Provide thoughtful analysis of campaign efficacy, optimizing frequently to ensure profitability of communication initiatives in collaboration with Product teams.

Manage and maintain understanding of department budget for assigned line of businesses and operates within set parameters.

Work closely with the Group Communications team concerning various marketing, communications, promotions and advertising communications projects.

Proactively builds relationships with key local stakeholders, using expertise to provide communication insight.

Communicate and adhere to QNB Group policy and procedures in order to ensure good operational, financial and project management, policy and procedural compliance and early identification and effective resolution or escalation of issues that arise

Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the application of Marketing policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance.

Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding of QNB and market best practice

Support strategic programs within a complex regulatory environment

 

Qualifications

Minimum, Bachelor  degree in Business advertising or marketing or related discipline.

Minimum 6 years’ experience in Communications or Advertising field that includes and project managemen

 

Required Special Skills:

  • Knowledge of media channels in Middle East & GCC with an demonstrable record in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).

  • A range of Marketing Communications planning and operational experience, including demonstrable success in developing and delivering campaign strategies and multi-channel high profile campaigns.

  • Experience and evidence of working within teams over multiple sites.

  • Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
