Role Summary
Your responsibilities will include arranging meetings, appointments and travel itineraries for the EVP Central Operations. You will generate presentation material/graphics and business reports for reviews/meetings. You must maintain strict confidentiality of office records, transactions, correspondences and proceedings. In addition to managing paper based and digital archives, you will handle incoming/outgoing mail, internal communications, business documents, faxes and courier service.
Role Description
You'll assist Department Head "EVP" in organizing their agenda, pointing out essential Mails/request, following-up and prioritizing pending matters,
You'll Support Department Head "EVP" in organizing their day to day work
You'll maintain utmost confidentiality through all related to your position
You'll proactively interact with the various sections of Department, and the Division to to ensure smooth communication
Qualifications
You will be educated to degree level with at least 3 years experience in a similar position. Experience of working in the banking sector is an advantage.
Multilingual (Arabic and English) speaking candidates are preferred.
You will be highly organized and methodical.
