QNB Indonesia, formerly known as NV Chunghwa Shangyeh and Bank Kesawan, has more than 100 years banking experience. In 2011, the Bank enhanced its capital through right issue that makes Qatar National Bank (QNB) the Controlling Shareholders of the Bank. In 2014, through right issue IV, QNB share ownership increased to 82.59% and the Bank alter its name and logo to PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk. In 2018, through right issue VI, QNB Group share ownership increased to 92.48%. In 2019, QNB Indonesia obtained the credit ratings of idAAA from PEFINDO and AAA(idn) from Fitch Ratings. The Bank offers a wide range of innovative products and facilities that make your banking activities easy.

QNB is the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa and the first Qatari owned commercial bank with an ownership structure shared between Qatar Investment Authority (50%) and the private sector (50%). QNB was listed under Top 1000 World Banks by The Banker Magazine in 2019.
