Role Summary: You will take the responsibility for the supervision of timely maintenance schedules and emergency maintenance for the entire Group’s premises. you'll be as well responsible to Monitor maintenance team and follow up any incidents.
Role Description:

You will monitor & Control the quotations.

Manage the provision of maintenance services to all QNB departments, as and when required.

Co-ordinate and manage the relationship with external maintenance companies (if any).

Supervise routine, scheduled and emergency maintenance of all equipment & electrical/ mechanical systems which are necessary for efficient QNB operations.

Prepare the schedule of tasks for the maintenance team for day-to-day maintenance works.

Maintain a schedule of equipment and times when the maintenance is due, in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Review complaints/ maintenance requests logged by subordinates and provide necessary approval.

Prepare the maintenance program for each year (routine) for all electrical and mechanical equipments in all the Group premises.

Coordinate with the Procurement Officer for the purchase and requisition of any maintenance parts required.

Receive higher approval of works where required and co-ordinate with the Procurement Officer  to obtain quotes.

Receive equipments orders from group premises and make sure to check the space and standards for each order before proceeding with the purchase order.   

Verify & ensure the record of all equipments (photocopier, fax, safe, note counting machine, etc.) delivered to Branches and monitor the maintenance cost accordingly.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Ensure the establishment of set procedures for the issuance of maintenance tools and equipment. 

Ensure that all safety requirements are maintained.

Maintain a good understanding of maintaining various equipment and maintenance best practices.

Ability to co-ordinate various complex projects at different locations simultaneously.

Ensures high standards of confidentiality and ethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.

All other ad hoc duties and/or activities related to QNB that management may request of the employee from time to time


Collage diploma suitable discipline seasoned with Minimum 3 years of experience  or high school



Extra highly desirable skills: 

              Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).

              Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) skills.

              Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.

              Planning and organizing ability
