Role Summary:

Global Cash Management (GCM) business is a specialized product group that identifies, develops, delivers and maintains cash management related products and services` in line with GCIB clients’ needs. The primary objective of the Department is to contribute to QNB group objectives to provide its customers with innovated, value added and advanced cash management products and solution services to enhance efficiency and optimize earnings for the clients and to gain customer satisfaction and loyalty for the bank.

Services Implementation and Customer Support Unit is responsible for dedicated post sales customer project implementation, customer training, technical file integration. The Unit’s officers work closely with the GCM Sales team to implement the determined cash management solution that best suits the customers’ needs. As a result, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer services on cash management services to customers and technical transactions services documentation.




Role Description:
  • Is responsible for management of transaction services solutions for potential and existing clients to achieve revenue, profit, profitability, customer service targets set by the Senior Management team.
  • Provides one focal point of contact to the assigned customers on Transaction services to achieve superior customer focus and a customer friendly approach to meet their needs and resolve their queries.
  • Works closely with operations team to provide customers with quick query resolution and supports customers in processing their transaction with bank
  • Liaises with sales team to proactively resolve any customer service related issues.
  • Works closely with product development team to ensure product is working with conformity for customers.
  • Identifies from customers, any new product selling opportunity and refer to sales
  • Based on customer feedback provides valuable inputs on product development to the responsible employees.
  • Makes recommendations regarding transactional services features or system implementation peculiarities to contribute to increase of transactional services efficiency.
  • Is responsible for storing information on assigned customer’s activities as required by the governing procedures.

 

Qualifications:
  • You will need to have a University Degree as a minimum. 
  • You will possess solid Cash Management experience, typically acquired through 3-5 years of experience in Cash Management or related field.
  • International corporate banking experience is preferable.
  • Solid technical knowledge of the bank’s operations, transaction cycles, payments/ collection processing, bank account information, SWIFT transmissions related to corporate and retail bank accounts.
