Role Summary
The role of the Teller is to be responsible for dealing with customers in our branches. You will provide various cash based services to our customers over the counter. Working efficiently and courteously you will ensure customer satisfaction in an error free manner.
Role Description

Your responsibilities will include cash handling and teller related transactions in accordance with branch targets. Maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, you will carry out process transactions including cash, checks, remittance, credit cards and loans, ensuring regulatory guidelines are adhered to.

You will identify opportunities for cross-selling of products and services as well as maintaining good organisation of the desk; including the cash drawers and requisite reporting. Overall you will be working to high standards of confidentiality, safeguarding commercially sensitive information.

Qualifications

You are a person with integrity, self managed with a keen eye for detail, and will possess excellent people relationship skills and a high awareness of risk management concepts and practices. You will be able to make judgements and follow through initiatives with your excellent problem solving and decision making skills. A university graduate with a minimum of 2 years teller related experience in a major banking institution, you will possess a high standard of oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
