Card Products & Services Development Senior Executive / Executive

Supervise the development and changes of existing cards and features to have competitive edge among competition in local market. Take initiatives and design new products to meet different customer segment’s needs. Lead product enhancements, and product redesign, with the primary aim of developing and managing the Bank’s Card Products Portfolio in terms of profitability, volume & market share.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide the Card Business Units with all related updates to new amendment, features, benefits and services.

2. Handle the finalization of Co-branding/ partnership deals in relation to cards development and deployment.

3. Collaborate with the Back Office and other Bank’s units to finalize all issues related to cards development.

4. Participate in branch visits to identify the facts behind positive/negative product performance.

5. Analyze conducted network surveys with the aim of assessing products efficiency in terms of criteria, features, and customer acceptance.

6. Study the competitors moves regarding products & services developments and changes.

7. Assess the customer attitudes to the current products range and new product introductions and share this assessment with the concerned stakeholders.

8. Analyze & review products SLAs in comparison to the market and other competitors, while ensuring that it’s efficiently met.

9. Provide market-driven feedback to help prioritize features and functionality requests and provide corresponding justification.

10. Identify products opportunities and weaknesses among the bank’s regions and make proposals to support the portfolio managers and retail sales team in achieving their targets.

11. Continuously recommend the required changes in the products’ features or developing new Innovative Products in coordination with Marketing Team to cope with the market competition.

12. Coordinate all actions with Compliance department to ensure abidance by CBE regulations.

13. Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that QNB ALAHLI business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as, International Standards.

14. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance

 

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics

Experience:

  • Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of experience for the senior in all the banking activities with deep knowledge in the Card Business.
  • Executive: 0 – 2 years of experience for the executive in all the banking activities with deep knowledge in the Card Business.
