Digital Commerce Manager

Job Summary:

Digitizing of payments from issuer and acquirer perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the management and development of digital payment & Acceptance products and services.

  2. Planning, management and implementation of the digital commerce projects, which support the bank’s business activities.

  3. Ensure full and close co-ordination with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper implementation within the priorities and timelines agreed.

  4. Define Business Requirements and best performing product design in terms of User Interface (UI) and Customer Experience (CX).

Experience:

-      Minimum of 8 years of experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Analytical, Innovative, Self-motivated, Creative, and Proactiv

  2. A strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, payment processing technologies, payment gateways, merchant services and industry standards

  3. Understanding of the business implications of mobile payments, digital commerce, and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  4. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex payment concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  5. Strong product & project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor digital projects and develop digital products.

  6. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
