MVSEs Product Management Manager
Narrative Description:
Lead the design of new MVSEs products or bundling with other products. Lead the redesign, development and enhancements of existing MVSEs products and features to maintain competitive edge and meet different customer segment’s needs. Responsible for maintaining a Unique Value Proposition (UVP) for the bank via recommending innovative ideas & plans for Products Management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the Marketing department to receive marketing researches, magazines, gap analysis, and competitive studies to assess existing product, propose new ones and readdress any shortfalls.
2. Collect and refine ideas presented by Network Branches / Business Lines to come up with new competitive products.
3. Assist in implementing & launching new products for MVSE business.
4. Determine all product’s specification according to a number of various factors such as pricing, targeted segment, etc..
5. Coordinate with the OM Department in developing the relevant processes as well as other supporting documents such as the procedures and application forms for the new and enhanced products.
6. Coordinate with the BAI / IT / Digital Banking departments the identification of products’ technical requirements & monitor implementation.
7. Cooperate with the Marketing/Communication Departments in setting marketing plans and campaigns and follow up on their implementation.
8. Identify opportunities for growth for each product within QNB ALAHLI’s MVSE market strategies.
9. Review the existing products continuously and provide recommendation to Head of SME & MVSE Product Management & Partnerships to restructure and develop the products to enhance and maximize sales and profitability.
10. Provide proposals for new product innovative initiatives.
11. Conduct periodic product analysis to the Head of SME & MVSE Product Management & Partnerships.
12. Participate with cross-functional teams in executing product development plan.
13. Participate in submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team before moving to the next steps.
14. Coordinate with the concerned teams with the SME Line of Business the product awareness plan to ensure being attained to meet customer needs & that product features are conveyed in the best way.
15. Monitor Non-Performing Loans of existing products on a regular basis and propose enhancements accordingly.
16. Responsible for monitoring the products & services on portal and provide related updates to Head of SME & MVSE Product Management & Partnerships to be reviewed and uploaded on portal, in addition of selecting and proposing major events or success stories to be included after obtaining the related approvals.
17. Provide recommendations for subscribing in portals related to MVSEs business aiming to promote QNB ALAHLI products and services.
18. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace success guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
19. Adhere to policies & procedures in order to guarantee that QNB ALAHLI business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules & Regulations, as well as, International Standards.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Economics
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in SMEs/Product Development /Marketing area
MBA/ Credit course is favorable

Analytical, Self-motivated, Cooperative& Proactive
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills Credit & Financial Analysis skills
Ability to manage different tasks and assignments in parallel and in a timely manner.
Fluent in Arabic & English written/spoken
Occasional external visits for full market knowledge
