Role Summary
The incumbent is primarily responsible for executing the branding/ rebranding plan in the branch and ensuring that all variables, measurements and data are taken into consideration when implementing/ installing branding items.
Role Description
Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
Consider how internal and external longer-term issues affect area plans.
Support strategic planning activities and communicate plans to the internal and external customers.
Anticipate business units’ need and ensure comments and approvals are delivered on time.
Encourage and guide people in exceeding set standards on service delivery.
Clearly articulate the vision behind branding and re-branding merchandise into practical processes and initiatives.
Deploy and manage customer focused initiatives in order to bring positive cultural change.
Assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests.
Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time.
Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives.
Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.
Act as a custodian of the branding guidelines and ensure all branding items are being delivered with respect to these guidelines.
Check the placement of the logo, the reality of the image and the location of the website,
Ensure the use of the correct font size and colours.
Ensure full step alignment and existence of selected symbols.
Manage any branding request internally or externally.
Communicate any need for exceptions in the guidelines to the SEVP in a detailed manner and seek approval if possible.
Evaluate work accuracy on the basis of abiding by the guidelines.
Develop Brand promotional items.
Manage and monitor stands for conferences and events especially for special customers such as QNB first.
Qualifications
University graduate with a degree in Business advertising, marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advertising or logistics preferably with a local/ Gulf bank entailing responsibilities of event management.
