Job Purpose Summary:
The role will be responsible for assisting in the execution of corporate finance transactions including ECM, DCM, M&A, project finance, valuations and transaction structuring deals. The incumbent will support senior staff in completing transactions and will be involved principally in the preparation of financial models as well as client facing work in obtaining source data as required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assists in implementing the strategy and business plan of QNB Capital to achieve the set volume, revenue, and profit targets.
Assists in preparation of presentations, pitches, reports and transaction advice.
Carries out reviews of financial statements, prepares cashflow projections and drafts valuations and feasibility studies as required.
Assists in preparing deliverables for clients.
Acts within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
Responsible for the preparation of advisory reports, valuations, transactional structures and other advisory deliverables in accordance with agreed mandates with clients.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors or higher degree, preferably in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Law, Accounting.
8 years relevant experience ideally in a highly rated bank
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management
Possesses good knowledge of the Corporate Advisory business.
