Entry Level - Relationship Manager - Banky Market
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Represent active daily point-of-contact for customers requesting or inquiring on different bank products (whether in person or by phone).
2- Maintain and develop cross-selling transactions through cultivation of account relationships. Maintain personal contacts with individuals through business calls and cross selling.
3- Develop new business from prospect customers through the utilization of all services of the bank and augment services in the ones already established.
4- Receive and record customer orders, verify customer signatures, check balance, place holds on funds as required, check endorsements and validity.
5- Process and issue card & loan applications. Maintain depository accounts (open, renew, close).
6- Receive orders for check books. Issue check books and maintain related registers.
7- Compile and analyze customer needs, prepare loan applications (new, renewal, or modification), and provide adequate technical advice.
8- Prepare & handle loan files systematically, including loan documentation, agreements, commitments, historical data, memoranda, supporting documents, IDs, investigation reports, correspondence, news clippings, and other miscellaneous forms. Maintain index of files for ready access.
9- Maintain full awareness of all bank products and services.
10- File and archive customer files & any supporting documents.
11- Maintain the branch’s main Vault Key & archiving key.
12- Handle relationships with the assigned portfolio of Banky clients.
13- Set effective action plans to achieve the Banky Portfolio targets as designated by the Banky Segment development.
14- Responsible for managing Banky client's requests and hosting them at the branch, maintaining bank's professional image to attain their optimum satisfaction level.
15- Monitor and follow up on Banky Clients' credit facilities performance.
16- Maintain close follow up on Banky clients' positions, movements, expired/ overrun limits, missed loan installments and delinquent credit cards, to keep control of the portfolio risk.
17- Handle all complaints posed by Banky clients.
18- Attract new Banky clients and promote more bank products and services to existing clients to achieve the portfolio target.
19- Monitor arising customer opportunities on regular basis and plan an action plan per customer using Delta Portal’s different features (Opportunities, Appointments, Tasks and Discussion Topics).
20- Service and cooperate in other accounts in the absence of their assigned staff.
21- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and where possible.
22- Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures to guarantee that QNB ALAHLI business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as International Standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Economics.
Experience:
Fresh Graduate with fair knowledge in the banking field.
