Job Summary
The Senior Associate, HNI Trading & Brokering, is responsible for executing trades on behalf of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients, both domestic and international, while adhering to QNBFS policies, exchange regulations, and compliance frameworks. The role includes maintaining strong client relationships, providing market intelligence, and supporting the trading desk’s operational and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
• Execute equity, fixed income, and other mandated trades for HNI clients via authorized communication channels.
• Provide pre- and post-market updates and factual market intelligence across active markets.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to acquire and retain HNI clients.
• Address client queries, resolve complaints, and escalate trading disputes as necessary.
• Assist in developing trading desk policies, improving systems, and conducting UAT for new tools.
• Adhere to QNBFS’s risk management and information security policies.
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• CISI Certification in Securities and QFMA Rules and Regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in trading or brokering, preferably with an international bank.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
