Role Summary

The incumbent will be responsible in coordinate, executing and overseeing administrative tasks related to the sponsorship agenda. The incumbent will work closely with the PR & CCU teams and various GCD functions to deliver successful sponsorship projects, in-line with the banks goals and objectives.

Role Description
  • Foster a climate that challenges others to think laterally and generate fresh perspectives and new partnership opportunities

  • Create an environment to ensure implementation of value added suggestions, while stressing the importance of continuous improvement within the communications department.

  • Set, manage and control Support related budgets to facilitate the delivery and execution of the sponsorship strategies

  • Supervise in creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Support Department for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes and assist in monitoring their achievement on periodic basis.

  • Coordinate with Group Internal Audit and Compliance functions to provide them with the information they require.

Qualifications
  • University graduate with a degree in Business advertising, marketing, or related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and thoroughly follow up on project plans and project implementations.

  • Ability to follow through with initiatives.

  • Planning, organizing ability.

  • Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
