Required Special Skills:

- MS Office skills, Access, Primavera, and knowledge in CAD/CAM usage

- Excellent Project Management skills, CPM, PERT Techniques.

- Good mathematical and quantitative aptitude for calculation and measurements of different units, ability to compute

costs, ratios, draw charts, graphs and present and interpret them to Management.

- Familiarity with the balanced scorecard approach.

- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as team leader and mentor.

- Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.

- Ability to manage a variety of groups with their own objectives to achieve a common goal.

- Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and outside contacts.

Operating Environment/ Location:

- Work environment includes all the own and leased premises of the Group within and outside the State of Qatar.

Framework and Boundaries:

- Group’s overall strategic plan

- Applicable policies and procedures

- Delegated and re-delegated authorities as per the delegation of authority structure

Communications and Working Relationships:

- Frequent contact with Vice President - Projects Engineering to provide work progress updates, solve day-to-day

issues and receive higher approval where required.

- Contact with various internal departments in developing project specification.

Coordination with the project staff is required to ensure the achievement of project requirements & objectives.
