Job Purpose Summary

The incumbent will support the digital banking team with a focus on project management and operational efficiency. They will be accountable for the accuracy of project documentation, adherence to timelines, and the seamless coordination of project activities. This role involves taking charge of specific project components, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards and contribute effectively to the project's overall success. The Associate will act as a key point of contact for internal communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions

A. Shareholder & Financial:

- Support the development and launch of new digital products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands for Qatar & International Units.

- Support the enhancements to Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and digital wallet functionality and interfaces

- Participate in the migration of transaction volumes from branches to Digital Business

- Implements KPI’s and best practices for Associate , Digital Banking

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all digital products and services.

- Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent

B. Customer (Internal & External):

- Support the implementation of the Digital Business projects and track performance of implemented projects, and report trends, exceptions, and forecasts to align the business units.

- To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests.

- Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time.

- Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives.

- Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.

C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):

- Liaise with the all retail departments to ensure smooth coordination, and stay up to date on the new developments/ initiatives launched with respect to Digital Business.

- Comply with the applicable internal policies and external regulations for newly launched Digital Business initiatives

- Prepare all requisite reports and MIS in a timely manner to measure the performance of Digital Business channels and act upon to sustain usage and migration

- Attend meetings with subordinates on a periodic basis for performance assessments and discuss and resolve concerns/ issues, if any.

- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function

D. Learning & Knowledge:

- Possess a good knowledge of digital banking and digital services available in the retail and banking industry and the related risks together with a good knowledge of related operations and controls.

- Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities.

- Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field.

Education and Experience Requirements

- Bachelor degree University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study)
