Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of a diverse real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in asset management, financial analysis, and real estate operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing asset value, driving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term investment strategies.

Role Description
  • Develop and execute asset management strategies for a portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Lead lease negotiations, tenant relations, and property repositioning initiatives.

  • Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and third-party vendors to ensure operational excellence.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare detailed asset reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for value creation, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Support acquisition and disposition activities, including due diligence and integration planning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5 years’ experience in a real estate / hospitality investment management entity, asset management company, or professional services firm in an operational role, with experience of corporate finance applied to real estate

  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in real estate financial modeling and analysis.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven track record of driving asset performance and delivering results.

  • Familiarity with property management systems and real estate analytics tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional certifications such as CPM, CCIM, or CFA are a plus.
