Job Summary

The incumbent will be a member of the Organisational Design (OD) function within. In the Job Role they will partner with Human Resources and the Bank’s Leaders to design, develop, and deliver solutions that better assess, align, develop, and utilise people capabilities at the team & organisational levels to drive business strategy. Performs a range of job analysis (determining and validating minimum qualifications and other job requirements), writing job descriptions and job evaluation as a result of organisational design services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to assess and implement organizational design initiatives that improve effectiveness and productivity.

  • Lead and support organizational development (OD) projects focused on optimizing structures, processes, accountability, and workforce deployment.

  • Ensure high-quality execution and measurable impact of OD and organizational design initiatives.

  • Maintain the integrity of job architecture through job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation, and organizational structure management.

  • Provide expert advice on organizational design, job evaluation, and organizational effectiveness practices.

  • Work closely with Compliance and Risk functions to ensure organizational changes meet regulatory and risk management requirements.

  • Support Group Functions (Doha) and international networks in aligning their organizational structures with QNB Group standards and integration objectives.

  • Develop, review, and standardize job descriptions, qualification requirements, and competency frameworks.

  • Participate in Job Evaluation Committees and oversee the maintenance of position-based organizational structures.

  • Act as an internal consultant on organizational performance, change management, workforce planning, and organizational capability development.

  • Conduct organizational impact and risk assessments, ensure knowledge transfer, maintain strict confidentiality, and support cost optimization and strategic business objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies, organizational design, and change management within complex and sensitive environments.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, engage senior stakeholders across diverse cultures, and influence decisions without formal authority.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose organizational issues, solve complex problems, and balance strategic thinking with practical implementation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is a must), attention to detail, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with experience working in international matrix organizations.
